Gundam Base HG 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam [Beyond Global] Clear Color

The Gundam Base clear color limited model kit series adds another wonderful kit to their collection. This time, the BEYOND GLOBAL version of the RX-78-2 Gundam shows off its amazing articulation in its first clear color edition. The kit offers clear colored parts for its white, blue, red, and yellow parts, while its joints and weapon parts remained in its solid colors to retain its durability.

The kit has been provided with new engineering celebrating 40th GunPla anniversary that allows the kit to perform wide range of articulation. The design and proportion of the kit also is another presentation to define the RX-78-2 Gundam in this specific edition.

40th Anniversary of Gunpla! The "RX-78-2 Gundam" designed by Kunio Okawara is now available in clear colors by consolidating the technologies cultivated in the "HG series"!

• Pursuing "beautiful poses" and "movability and proportions". Equipped with many gimmicks that enable you to create natural poses.
• A design that re-examined the design of First Gundam and pursued it to the limit as "BEYOND GLOBAL".
• Adopted forward bending movable / swing movable structure for the fuselage. The neck axis is also movable back and forth.
• A joint that bends inward is added to the base of the thigh to realize a pose closer to humans.
• By moving the wrist independently, it is possible to move the jointed shield freely.
• The wrist block can be moved as a separate part with a ball joint, and has a structure that can produce powerful movements such as grasping the fist.
• The hip joint axis swings and moves greatly forward. Furthermore, it is possible to move it backward by expanding the rear skirt greatly.
• The block on the side of the chest is responsible for the movement of the part corresponding to the scapula, and it is designed so that the movable axis of the shoulder is not exposed by the movement that opens outward.
