Premium Bandai has announced that it will be releasing the Delta Zayin to join the HGUC series. This mobile suit, first introduced in the VR film Mobile Suit Gundam: Silver Phantom, is a heavily modified version of the Delta Plus, provided to Argent Keil through backdoor dealings by Anaheim Electronics (AE).
As a covert unit, the Delta Zayin features significant changes, including non-standard parts for the head, armor, and a specially designed shield, all to conceal any AE involvement. In line with Argent Keil's symbolism, it sports a striking silver color, further enhancing its distinct look.
Exterior Modifications: Unlike the standard Delta Plus, the Delta Zayin is designed with non-standard parts, including:
- A completely redesigned head unit, possibly giving the mobile suit a more aggressive or futuristic look.
- Enhanced armor plating that deviates from AE's typical design language, making the unit distinct and unique in terms of aesthetics.
- The shield of the Delta Zayin adds a distinctive edge to its design, featuring sleek aerodynamic blades that not only enhance its overall aesthetic but also set it apart when transforming into wave rider mode.
- As a tribute to Argent Keil, the Delta Zayin is painted in a striking silver finish. This silver coating not only represents Keil's emblem but also adds a level of sophistication to the GunPla model.
Articulation and Transformation Features: Since it's based on the Delta Plus, known for its transformable capabilities, Delta Zayin will also feature transformation, allowing it to switch between its mobile suit and wave rider mode.
